MSU Clinical Center

April Yuki

Prior to becoming a doctor, I was an occupational therapist. Helping those who suffered a stroke or other disabling condition to regain their independence. I worked in acute care, in-patient rehabilitation and home care settings.

Medical school had been of interest since high school and after several years of working as an occupational therapist, I decided to return to school and obtain my medical degree. I am a strong proponent of lifelong learning and am always striving to expand my knowledge and skill base.

Michael Eugene Aronov

I was raised in a Russian immigrant household by an M.D. mother and a PhD father. Good education was always valued in my family. I fell in love with neurology through early exposure to science and art; after all, it’s the human brain that makes art! I was raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and my parents and three younger siblings still live there.
