I was born in Albania and moved to Michigan at the age of 8. I grew up in Troy, Michigan where I attended Athens High School. I was always active and loved playing every sport and as such I am a big sports fanatic. I moved to East Lansing to pursue my undergraduate studies at Michigan State University. During my undergraduate years, I had the privilege of helping establish a new school run organization here at MSU, called GH2HG (generate help 2 heal generations).
