Biography: 

I was born in Wyandotte, Michigan and grew up between the towns of "downriver" MI.  I graduated from Woodhaven High School, and went on to complete my BA at Albion college.  During my years at Albion, I completed research and a thesis on Parkinson's disease.  I then pursued my medical degree at Central Michigan University College of Medicine, where I participated in cancer research.  I am currently completing my Neurology residency at MSU/Sparrow Hospital.

Why did you choose to become part of Michigan State University Neurology?

The program produces amazingly compassionate and intelligent neurologists.

If you were not a doctor, what would you have chosen as a career?

Astrophysicist
